And…We’re Back
Hopefully you didn’t go and find some second rate blog equivalent to the girl at the copy shop. Although my last post was named, “On A Break,” you knew well in advance that I would be back. Although, I guess Rachel did take Ross back a couple seasons later.
Regardless, I am back. I was hoping to take those couple of weeks off to come up with some amazing new content for this blog. There are some pretty cool ideas for what’s coming, but ultimately, I’m still trying to find my voice, so tough luck. One day you can look back and think to yourself, “Ahhhh, I remember when ‘A Quick Remark’ was a nobody and I was one of his few readers.” You can lay claim to being one of those “early adopters.”
So this coming year, there will be a couple of hold overs from the past. I definitely like the ‘Random Cool Things’ posts, and the trivia ones. Those will stay in some fashion, maybe not in the exact same format, but they’ll be there. What I want to add is a continuing story about my parent’s life. You’ll see as I start making those posts, but it’s some interesting stuff. I’m going to open up a bit too. Hopefully I can at least. I figure there’s no way to identify with someone if you don’t put yourself out there too.
Anyhow with the New Year upon us, this will be short, but I wanted to fulfill my expectation of starting up in 2010. Last year has been the best year of my life. It’s pretty cool that each coming year will be better. It’s all an expectation that each year will be the best year EVER!! That’s what I expected last year, and that’s what I expect this year. That’s what I’ll expect next year.
